We require a security deposit of $1,500.00 for these homes; however, you will be fully refunded within 45 days of your departure provided there is NO DAMAGE to the unit, you have left the rental in good condition, and have vacated the premises and returned the keys to our office no later than 10:00 AM check-out time.
