Get ready to enjoy the sun, fun & surf in this luxurious, spacious retreat. This house has all of the amenities that you would expect in a gorgeous resort setting, starting with the ocean views from all 3 levels of deck. The Tower deck gives you a panoramic view of the island. Everyone will find their own special place in this home to enjoy. The crow’s nest has a Q sleep sofa with its own 37” flat screen TV for all the nieces or nephews. They can then take the elevator down to the playroom (L1) where Mom or Dad can work out on the treadmill or elliptical & watch the 50” flat screen. There is also a 16 x 30 swimming pool which everyone can enjoy & then retire to one of the 3 soft spa tubs. This house has something for everyone! The bike path is across the street for those runners or bikers. Each BR has its own TV/VCR/DVD. We also have double filtered water for drinking & the icemaker. 10 Yards from beach access,
