One of the signs that it's summer on the Outer Banks is Manteo's First Friday! First Friday is a fun-filled, family-oriented street festival held the first Friday of each month, April through December from 6 to 8 p.m. on the Downtown Manteo Waterfront on Roanoke Island Outer Banks. You'll see live music, artists, actors dress in colonial attire, entertainers, unique merchandise on sale, refreshments, and much more! Do I need to say more!
