    We loved staying at Loos. The house was nice and clean and had all the amenities we were looking for. The house had lots of boogie boards and chairs available for the beach which was awesome. The dune deck was one of our favorite spots to sit and dolphin watch. The only downside to the house is that it lacks a screened porch but that would not keep us from staying at the house again. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

    This house was very comfortable and in a great location. We loved being right on the beach and enjoyed sitting on the deck. There are a lot of stairs to load and unload the car. There is a pretty spiral staircase inside also and stairs to the basement, so if you have young children you have to block them off. We highly recommend this house.

    This is our vacation that we look forward to every year. We have been coming to the Outer Banks before they paved the road to Corolla. We have stayed at this beach house for the last 14 to 15 years. We have rented three other homes in Southern Shores but this home has the feel of a true beach house. We are comfortable with the location and the owners do make yearly renovations. Our son, who is now 16 years old would never want to rent a house elsewhere. In the beginning of our stay in the OBX we were reluctant to tell others of our vacation plans because we knew this place was special. Unfortunately, the word is out. When our vacation is over, we know that we will always make the migration next year.
