The annual Wings Over Water Festival will be held on the Outer Banks from October 13-18, 2026. For complete event information including schedule, please visit the Wings Over Water website. Wings Over Water is an annual refuge fundraising event sponsored by Coastal Wildlife Refuge Society (CWRS). CWRS is a non-profit group which exists to support regional national wildlife refuges.
