Re-Rental Program - Newly Available Rentals

Re-Rent Program

The Outer Banks is a destination attracting tourists from near and far. Our beaches provide families with an unforgettable week (or two!) away from it all. Hundreds of thousands of folks choose our little slice of heaven to press their “reset” button and soak up some sun.

We understand that these uncertain times, however, are not an ideal time for some to vacation. As a vacation rental management company, Southern Shores Realty represents our homeowners. Contrary to common belief, vacation rental companies do not own the homes in their program. We manage the property for the owner. When a guest reserves a vacation rental, they are under a contractual agreement with the homeowner for the short term lease of their property. We also understand that without our loyal guests we wouldn’t be able to represent our property owners successfully.

Southern Shores Realty is here to help those that cannot or do not wish to travel right now. We have compiled all of our guest-cancelled weeks here. If you are currently in the market for an Outer Banks vacation, take a peek at our homes up for re-rent! If you decide to snag up someone’s cancelled week, you will be providing a family, who, unfortunately, had to miss out on their summer getaway, with a release from their rental lease, as well as giving yourself something to look forward to!

It’s a win-win!

So get your beach chairs and boogie boards ready! We’ve got plenty of availability for your family’s next getaway!
