Colony By The Sea - Rules & Regulations

General

The four condominium buildings are yards from the ocean front and four tenths of a mile from Duck Rd (Route 12). There are stairwells on both ends of all condominium buildings. The village area of Duck is less than two miles away.

Laundry Facilities

Each of the four condominium buildings has coin-operated washer and dryers (quarters only). There is not a change machine on site. You must supply your own detergent and fabric softener.

Grilling

Grilling is not permitted on decks. There are six grills in the common area near the pool.
