The First Flight Farmers Market is held every Tuesday from 9:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. at Aviation Park in Kill Devil Hills. This market thrives with local participants from the Outer Banks small business community. Vendors offer a wide variety of choices from fresh produce and sweet and savory treats to jewelry, paintings, woodwork, photography, candles, and bath and body items. Food trucks and live music add to the fun and festivities. Traveling with kids? Aviation Park features a skate park and playground for family to enjoy during your visit. The Town of Duck brings jazz to the Duck Town Park annually on Columbus Day weekend. Enjoy live music from a variety of jazz performers with a full day of performances on two stages at this non-ticketed festival.
