Southern Shores Realty is currently taking applications for the following positions for our upcoming Summer season. Weekend work is required for all positions. 


Seasonal Maintenance Techs - You must have a clean and valid North Carolina driver's license. Position requires a team player with basic maintenance skills, a "can do" attitude, and a desire to provide quality customer service. 

Filter Techs - A valid and clean NC driver's license is required. Work days are Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays only. May through the end of September.

Linen Drivers - A clean and valid North Carolina driver's license is required. You must able to lift 50 lbs. 

Cottage Cleaners - Must have reliable transportation. Pay compensated per rental property. Training and most cleaning supplies provided. Great supplemental income opportunity.

Inspectors - These positions are being held for individuals who take their job seriously and want to join us in our effort to provide our guests with the BEST possible vacation experience. If you think you have what it takes to be the best of the best, apply today!

Seasonal Office Assistant - Position requires a team player with excellent communication and organizational skills; ability to function well in a fast paced, multi-tasked environment; knowledge of basic computer skills; and a desire to provide quality customer service.

Marketing Specialist

Southern Shores Realty is looking for an outgoing, energetic, and personable individual to assist with our growing marketing needs!  

The Marketing Assistant will be responsible for many tasks including online and offline projects.

Required Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail
  • A positive, flexible attitude and desire to grow within the company
  • Excellent writing and editing skills
  • Familiarity with Mac OS & Excel, as well as online social media outlets
  • Ability to convert creative concepts into strategic copy
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • The ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Experience blogging or creating other marketing content
  • Ability to think creatively
  • Ability to effectively prioritize, execute tasks, and handle a range of projects simultaneously
  • Ability to learn new programs, concepts and tasks quickly and effectively

Work Week: 40 hours per week Monday through Friday (weekends if work requires it). Working hours:  8:30 – 5:00 and as needed by the Marketing department.
