Indoor Excursions

Stay dry while you make memories at the Aquarium, Turf's Up, OBXcape Room, OBX Bowling, Jumpmasters, Axe Throwing, local breweries, and shopping at our various malls and boutiques!

Get Creative

Visit the many art galleries of the OBX, including Gallery Row, gather the family for tie dying vacation shirts, design homemade beach souvenirs, paint shells, or join the OBX Rocks FB page to get inspiration for creating some of your own to hide once the rain clears!

Treat Yourself

Enjoy a local spa, get a pedicure, host a family ice cream or pizza party, make beach-inspired cookies for the kids to decorate, or call in catering for a special dinner.

Cozy Up

Snuggle in with an OBX-based movie or book. We recommend Peanut Butter Falcon and Where the Crawdads Sing respectively. Complete a local puzzle or challenge the family to OBXopoly or other fun beach-themed games!

There's always something to learn at our local attractions. Visit Ft. Raleigh National Park, Native American Museum, Historic Corolla Park, Jennette's Pier, Chicamacamico Lifesaving Station, and so much more!
