Ahoy me hearties, hoist the mainsail and set course for “Dolphin Watch” , a brand new haven where pirates and Commodores can parlay and parlee, over a glass of grog.

Swashbuckling fun and naval history take us back to a time when The Black Pearl and in Her Majesty’s Service three masted tall ships vied for control of the seven seas. Lodgings include Admiral’s, Commodore’s and Captain’s quarters, and the truce stands in this harbor with Black Beard’s missing crew, (and treasure?), plotting in “The Pirates Lair”

On top deck are housed newbies in the “Midshipmen’s Berth”, accommodating six more of your crew. We will put the cousins there and check on them easily from the same floor as the Galley, (and never a better on this shore), the Officers Mess, - spacious tables seat 14. and with seats for ten more in the open Grand Salon, in case a French Frigate should fly a white flag and surrender to the cooks amazing confections.

Aye, six of those 10 at the dedicated charting and navigation table, often used for gaming, and doing puzzles with a jig? But who wants to have directions for cruising, when no one wishes to leave? And the views of the ocean are mesmerizing.

Captains post the lookouts on the port porch, kindly screened and covered from sun and pop-up squalls, to spot foreign sails on the sea.

All this one house back from the ocean, means great views and easy walks to THE BEACH.

Your private harbor includes a 40-foot Saltwater Pool. A Hot Tub tucked beneath sun decks next to all- weather entertainment areas in the shade. Also, in the shade are 4 of the 8 parking places, two EV charging stations for those kinds of tenders. Outdoor Shower and changing near the ground floor dry entry.

The Elevator, pool bath, and one of the sets of washer/dryers there open to the two-story Grand Staircase. Here photo opportunities abound.

Up one floor, and you come to more pool, this one with an 8 ball, snack bar, big screen TV, next to spacious ship’s laundry, the Front Entry and connections to four of the lodgings.

All bedrooms and baths on both upper floors have 3-foot-wide doors, all doors are 8 feet tall, in case of an NBA pirate. There is at least one ADA friendly bathroom on each main floor, with at least one roll-in shower, with bench and multiple showering choices. Happily, all common areas are easy to navigate for any wheelchair traffic. As are the two huge baths.

Five and a half baths all together, if counting heads.

Up a flight opens to the centrally located well-equipped Chefs galley. Treasures here include a skullery, er …scullery, walk-through-pantry. In here find prep counter and microwave, all those modern and noisy smaller appliances, (not seen in the 1700’s), Open shelves make incoming provisions and larger serving pieces, roaster pans, steaming, and spaghetti pots easy to find. The kitchen, er galley, remains calm and clutter free. Walk through this space to the north sundeck and porch, favorite space for breakfast, cocktails, serenades and al fresco napping.
